Back and neck pain is the second most common cause for visiting the GP, behind colds/flu. Eighty-five percent of people will suffer from back pain during their lifetime. Some individuals could develop chronic or reoccurring back pain that can hurt their work, social, and leisure activities.
Although determining the cause of back pain can be complicated and multifactorial, there are many different actions you can take to help improve lower back pain. Back pain can be treated highly effectively with physiotherapy, including chronic/acute low back pain, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, whiplash, slipped or herniated discs, facet joint syndrome, and arthritis.
At Dublin Sports Injury Clinic, we have a high volume of patients who are treated with low back pain. We will conduct a thorough, objective assessment of your back pain (both current and previous bouts) and include a complete medical history. A diagnosis will be provided with a specific individualized treatment plan to get you pain-free and prevent reoccurrence.
