All the appointments need to be pre-booked online, and you will be charged online prior to your appointment. In your follow up session, you can either book online or pay only by card in the clinic. (we do not accept cash).
We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, traffic delays, and illness are a few reasons to cancel an appointment. Please remember that no-shows or late cancellations leave us empty appointment times and other clients who could not book in who could have made it. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist’s time, we have adopted the following policies:
All the online program has 24 hours window of cancelation after purchasing the online program otherwise you will be charged for the full payment. Online programs include : 6 weeks, 12 weeks, and 20 weeks online program.
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an in clinic or online consultation, and we will refund your payment within 24 – 48 hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to make an appointment.
If you cannot give us 24-hour notice, you will be charged the total amount of the treatment, and your payment will not be refunded.
No-shows – Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the total amount for their “missed” appointment, and your payment will not be refunded.
Arriving late – Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the treatment length, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
