3 Exercise for thoracic mobility

Research has shown that manipulation of the thoracic spine can be beneficial for the neck (Read more) and shoulder pain (Read more). So it only stands to reason that improving mobility at this crucial area of the spine could be helpful for patients who complain about neck or shoulder pain. In addition, getting more range of movements through the thoracic spine has an impact on areas upstream and downstream the body.

We have prepared 3  home-based exercises that you could try if you ever experience neck/shoulder pain or stiffness. You may try this routine for 2 to 3 times a day or you may try them in your warmup or cool down.

This exercise routine can simple improve your thoracic mobility and also could help you with upper back and neck pain. Please follow the routine as is it shown in the video and feel free to contact us for any inquiry.
